The year 2024 has been a joyful year for me, and I have enjoyed every day of it. I feel really lucky to have such good people around me. On the other hand, I have not been very enthusiastic in my studies.

I left home at 9am and took the train to the airport. I hadn't eaten breakfast, so I ordered a banana and a berry vault soy latte at a café and waited until the boarding call for my flight.
I arrived in Paris without missing my flight, but I had a hard time getting to the metro, and after half an hour of getting lost, I finally got on the metro.
疲れてそのままホテルにチェックイン．着いてから１時間ほど眠ってしまいました．
I was so tired that I checked into a hotel. I fell asleep for about an hour after arriving.
I bought ham, crab cakes and macaroons at a supermarket about a 10-minute walk from the hotel and picked them up and ate them . I was surprised to see macaroons in the supermarket . It was so good that they could have been sold in a speciality shop.

かなり混雑していて，人酔いしてしまいました．
特に「モナリザ」の前は満員電車状態．私も何とか写真を撮ろうと並びました．

A group of French people sitting next to me asked, "Where are you from?’", so I replied Japan, they replied, "Naruto! Thank you very much. "They spoke Japanese. It was fun.

24日から友達3人と合流することになっていたので，クリスマスプレゼントを探しに．
私はハンドクリームを買う．と決めていたので，カフェを出発してからすぐに事前に調べていたお店へ．
I was going to meet up with three of my friends on the 24th to look for Christmas presents. I decided to buy hand cream. So as soon as I left the café, I went to a shop I had checked out beforehand.
Hand cream is one of the most consumable items and a nice thing to receive in winter. I bought four hand creams, including my own, with the fragrance based on my friend's image.

I ordered a large macaron that I wanted to try . The tartness of the raspberries matched the sweet macaroon dough! The waitress was charming and kind, and we took a break to read for a while.
I always order black coffee when I eat something sweet, but the ‘Americano’ here was very strong and tasty.(maby it was 2 shots) I find coffee alone too bitter, but it went well with the macaroons!
My favourite wine bar I've ever been to. It's called ‘chez nous’ and was recommended to me by a colleague who likes wine. I ordered a red wine and my friend ordered a white wine.
We ordered a cheese and ham board and caprese. I felt that each ingredient of the ham and cheese was delicate and particular. I would go here every day if I could. I would drink here again when I come to France.
However, I made a mistake and had to rush to the venue, and ended up missing the show and entering after the intermission. In the end I couldn't make it in time for the show and entered after the intermission, so I was only able to see it for an hour, but I'm glad I did.
会場は満員で，オーケストラもパフォーマンスも素晴らしかったです．
オペラだと思って行ってみたらバレーでしたが．．（笑）
The hall was packed, the orchestra and the performance were excellent.
I thought it was an opera, but it was a ballet.
それでも会場の雰囲気にうっとり．癒されました．

But I was still enchanted by the atmosphere of the venue . I was soothed .
I realised that I prefer listening to music to art museums!

After visiting Sweden in March this year, I felt that the Scandinavian atmosphere suited me. So I decided to travel alone as a reward at the end of my summer holiday.

This article records here my four-day self-indulgent trip to Denmark .⛄
I arrived at the airport at 12 o'clock after taking a 10 o'clock flight, so I was hungry and decided to have lunch at a café I was curious about before heading to the hotel.
デンマークの公用語はデンマーク語ですが，英語が全然通じます．すごい．
The official language in Denmark is Danish, but English is totally understood. It's amazing.
When I talk to staff, I ordered in English, but it was clearly British English, and I thought, ‘Is Danish English British English...??!’
But when I heard the waitress talking with other customers by chance, I discovered that she happened to have emigrated from the UK. I felt a strange connection.
I visited Sweden in March this year, open sandwiches were always on the menu in every café. The saltiness of the salmon matched well with the slightly hard French bread.
There is a small but very cute amusement park called "Tivoli Park" in the centre-centre of Denmark. I went there with no plan, but happened to find it on the way to the hotel, so I decided to play in the amusement park after checking in once.
遊園地に入るとすぐに，くすっと笑ってしまう銅像が待ち構えていました．
せっかくだからアトラクションに乗りたいなと園内をぐるぐる散策．
空中ブランコに乗ることに．コペンハーゲンの夜景を一望できて最高でした．
As soon as I entered the amusement park, I were greeted by a statue that made me smile. I strolled around the park, wanting to ride an attraction.
I decided to ride the trapeze. The night view of Copenhagen was fantastic.
I was quite tired after walking around the park, so I bought beer, chips and sausages from the concession stand and decided to have a drink in the evening after taking a break.
Since going to New York, I have come to like beer 🍻.
However, I don't know if it's not good for me, I get drunk very quickly and I have a headache the next day.
Clean, good value for money compared to single occupancy hotels, but still not for me as I like to stretch and shower when I want to. But I still like to stretch and shower when I want, so it's not for me, I felt a bit stressed.
However, I have noticed a lot of positive aspects: better security than in cheaper hotels with single rooms. I can talk to backpackers from all over the world. Hair dryer in the room. etc.
After a good night's sleep, I went for a walk from the hotel and found a nice café about half an hour's walk away. I decided to have breakfast and lunch there.
I guess it's a common thing overseas, but there are no pictures on the menu, so you have to wait until you get in the car to see what kind of food you're going to have. I had planned to eat just a little bread, but when I ordered the ‘breakfast plate’ on the menu, I was surprised to find that it included yoghurt and rye bread.

I enjoyed the flavour of the ingredients without any unnecessary seasoning.
The interior of the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, almost like something out of Ghibli.
Research shows that saunas originated in Finland. According to archaeological research, they originated about 6,000 years ago in the ‘dugout sauna’, a tented sauna made of wood.
疲れを癒す目的のほかにも，食料の貯蓄やリネンを乾かしたり，出産までなされていたようです．
In addition to relieving fatigue, saunas were used to store food, dry linen and even give birth.
Aside from that, the sauna I went to was called ‘copenhot’.
It was a private sauna, and even as a sauna novice, I could enjoy it without worrying about the other guests around me. The owner was very kind and nice.
I wanted to have a glass of wine at night, so I searched for wine bars on Google Maps and found many. Among them, I like small places with a counter. I chose one of the places that looked nice in the picture and went there.

According to Wikipedia, the statue was created by Carl Jacobsen, who was moved by the story of The Little Mermaid. The statue depicts a mermaid transforming into a human and is visited by one million tourists every year.
On the terrace, a lady, probably in her fifties, was smoking a cigarette and taking notes, and I watched her. I was fascinated by the way she was writing something in a familiar pen and notebook. She was a lovely person.

When I looked up tourist attractions on the Internet, I found that Denmark has many beautiful castles built in the country. When I was wondering where to go, I discovered that there is a castle that was the setting for the play "Hamlet".
どうせ行くなら何かストーリーがある方が面白いなと思い，ここへ行ってみました．
I went here because I thought it would be more interesting to have a story to tell.
コペンハーゲン中心地から電車に揺られること約１時間．お城近くについたのが15:30くらいでした．
It took about one hour by train from the centre of Copenhagen. It was about 15:30 when I arrived near the castle.
Between 1574 and 1585, the castle was extensively remodelled on the orders of King Frederick II at the time, and from this time onwards it became Renaissance in style and was known as Kronborg.

I went home and read Hamlet. I also read Romeo and Juliet.
I looked for something unusual on the pub menu and found fried pork.
ビールが進む．やっぱり脂肪でできたものは美味しいですよね．(笑)

「テクト・フレスク・メ・パシレソウス（Stegt fleask med persillesovs）」という料理名らしく，写真の右上に写っているのは，パセリソース．これを付けることによって，油のしつこさが抑えられて美味しかったです．
It named Stegt fleask med persillesovs. The parsley sauce is shown in the top right-hand corner of the picture.This helped to reduce the oiliness of the food.
On the last day, I woke up a little early and went out for a walk, hoping to see Nyhavn once more. In Denmark, many people go to work by bicycle. Around 8am, there were traffic jams of cyclists everywhere. Both men and women were dressed in gorgeous fashion, with cardigans and parkas as supervisors.
Books and headphones are essential for my travels.
I love that every time I look at a book or listen to a song after I get back home, it brings back the sights and feelings of my trip. Here is a record of the songs I listened to on repeat throughout my time in Denmark.
After five days of sightseeing, it was time to go to the language school.
When I was a college student, I took part in English conversation lessons offered by the university, but this is the first time in my life that I have gone on a language exchange programme.
There were also a lot of activities at my study abroad destination, such as musical theatre, sightseeing on the Liberty Cruise, and so on. Thanks to the activities, I was able to see an open-air film that I had always wanted to see 😎💓✌️ every day.

Under the summer stars, we watched "The Lion King".
I have longed to study abroad since I was in high school, but I was too timid to take on the challenge due to fear and financial constraints. I am very glad that I was able to take up the challenge this time. I'm not sure if my English has improved or not.

2週間の語学留学はあっという間に終わり，再びマンハッタン中心地へ移動して観光しました．
様々な映画で登場するグランドセントラル駅で下車して，まずはホテルへ荷物を預けに行きました．
After two weeks of language study, I moved back to the centre of Manhattan for sightseeing.
We got off at Grand Central Station, which has appeared in many films, and first went to the hotel to drop off our luggage.
A colleague of mine recommended me to watch a film about Grand Central Station, but I couldn't find it on Netflix...I'm posting it here so I don't forget.
I arrived at the hotel at around 11am and went to a doughnut shop called "Dough Doughnuts", which I was curious about because I hadn't eaten anything until then.
This is the donut shop where Noriko-san, who appears in the manga ‘Breakfast at Tiffany's’, sneaks along with Ichimura-san, who fell in love , and goes there to eat.
(I've left all the manga at home, so I can't check it right away...)
ふわふわで甘くて幸せでした(^^♪ しつこくない甘さでぺろりと１つ間食しました．
It was fluffy, sweet and happy. It was not too sweet and I snacked on one.🍩
Of course, I am not an expert in jazz, but the atmosphere of the restaurant was very relaxing. I have also found my next trip to the birthplace of jazz, the New Orleans. A cheese plate and a glass of wine.
Next, I went to the American Museum of Natural History. I made an online reservation and watched the planetarium. It was Sunday and there was a long queue in front of the museum.
I like looking at the stars, so I try to visit the planetarium whenever I can. It's big and I can not only look at the stars, but also learn about them with explanations.
When I came to myself, I realised that I had been there for five hours, having forgotten how hungry I was, and went to a nearby bagel shop for lunch and dinner.

This is probably the view you imagine when you think of New York.
The view from here is invigorating. While I was a university student, I lived in Tokyo, so I felt nostalgic.
高校生のころからマンハッタンポーテージのリュックを愛用していて，かれこれもう10年は同じものを使っていました．数研出版のチャート式とジーニアスの紙辞書，他にも水筒や筆記用具などなどを持ち歩いていたので，７kg背負っていたのですが，頑丈で壊れない．I have been using a Manhattan Portage backpack since I was a high school student, and have been using the same one for ten years now. I used to carry a 7 kg backpack with a charted dictionary and a Genius paper dictionary, a water bottle, writing materials, etc., but it was sturdy and unbreakable.

旅行中でも，日常と変わらない過ごし方が好きなので参考書や読書できる本を重いのに持ち歩いています．
Even when travelling, I carry reference books and books that I can read, even though they are heavy, because I like to spend my time in the same way as in everyday life.
On this day I ate bread and then went to the New York Public Library to work with the locals. I felt very comfortable and would go here every day to study if I could.
The room is rechargeable, the desks are spacious and the chairs are large. As can be seen from the photo, the ceiling is open, and the paintings are beautiful. Also known as the setting for various films.
I went to the cake shop that was introduced in Bilingual Girl Chika's video .
It was located near the library. I tried to go there in the morning, but couldn't sit down because the seats were fully booked, so I tried again! I was lucky to be able to sit in the evening.

After packing up and checking out of the hotel, I went for a walk in Central Park. I was surprised to see pedestrian crossings and traffic lights in the park.
My hotel was very close to Times Square, and I walked from there through Central Park to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, which was quite tiring, so I went to buy chocolate chip cookies to take a break.
I have a sweet tooth, and so I did some research to find out all I could about New York's food, and discovered that the city is famous for its chocolate chip cookies!
I ran into the famous shop just near the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
It was quite crowded inside, and I could see New Yorkers walking around with coffee in one hand and chocolate chip cookies in the other, heading somewhere.

Anyway, they are heavy and chunky!
外はサクサクで，中はしっとり．内側だけチョコが少し溶けていて本当に美味しかったです．

I love the opening scene where Holly eats a croissant in front of the show window of the Tiffany & Co. head store in New York, and I've watched it over and over again. When I was a university student about 20 years old, I used to listen to ‘Moonriva’ every morning. It makes me feel like I'm starting a good day.
On the way home, I stopped by the Tiffany & Co. head store, which has toilets on every floor except the ground floor, which is spacious, clean and impressive.
It was translated into English. When I travel abroad, I often stop by local bookshops, and manga is sold in every shop, which really makes me feel that Japanese culture is wonderful. However, I was really surprised to see Kinokuniya in New York, as all the bookshops only have three volumes. Every manga has all the volumes!
On the last day in New York, I had a hard schedule, I went to a women's basketball game in Brooklyn in the evening, then went back to the hotel to pick up our carry-ons in the centre of Manhattan, and then to JKF airport.
I waited until the basketball game was about to start, reading Haruki Murakami's book of essays, "Afternoon on Langerhans Island", which I bought at Kinokuniya book shop.
All the players were powerful and cool, but I kept my eyes on ‘Courtney Vandersloot’, the #22 guard on the Liberty team. She is slender, but she can easily overtake the other team's players and score points.
素人の私から見ても分かるくらいとびぬけてチームに貢献されていました．
野球観戦の時も感じましたが，現地の方のリアクションが良くて観ていてとても楽しい．
Even as an amateur, I could see that he was making an outstanding contribution to the team. I felt the same way when I was watching the baseball game, but the reaction of the local people was good and it was very enjoyable to watch.
I am very glad that I was able to stay in the USA for such a long period of time.
I enjoyed it so much that it passed in the blink of an eye. I know it's an exaggeration, but my values have changed. I will definitely go back!

Two weeks ago I drove a friend of mine who was also travelling, but they had missed them flight, so I headed over with a bit of time to spare.
ロンドンとニューヨークの時差は５時間．日本との時差は13時間．
友達に連絡するときに，時差が全く違うので，なんだか不思議な感覚でした．
The time difference between London and New York is 5 hours. The time difference from Japan is 13 hours.It was a strange feeling when I called my friends because the time difference was completely different.

７時間のフライトを終え，無事JFK空港に到着．
ニューヨークは入国審査厳しいと聞いていたのですが，なぜか私は何も聞かれず．．（笑）

On the way back, I dropped in at a pizza shop recommended by the waiter and took out a pizza.We enjoyed it slowly at the hotel. It was crispy and delicious...
I can eat it in Tokyo or London, but I had never had Shake Shack before because I thought the first Shake Shack I ever had was better in America, and it was very tasty.
I was told my froend that I should eat the shake because it was so good, but I was surprised to find out that one shake contains 800 kcal, so I didn't order it.
Actually, I had planned to see the night view of Manhattan by helicopter at night, but unfortunately I had to reschedule due to rain and thunder... Unfortunately, due to rain and thunder, I had to reschedule.
The temperature that day was nearly 30 degrees Celsius and all I had eaten since morning was fruit, so even though I'm not that much of a beer drinker, I found it very tasty.

I had to change my accommodation that day and my luggage was heavy, so I spent the rest of the day in the hotel area.
I woke up at 6am and went to the hotel gym to work out and then to buy breakfast.I found a delicious-looking doughnut shop near the hotel, so I bought some and had them in the hotel lounge ☕🍩.
What I felt about the English language.In compulsory English education, we were taught 'bathroom' for toilet, but in the UK, 'toilet' is commonly used(maby).
なんだ，通じるんだ，と思っていたら，アメリカでは「bathroom」が主流でした．
I thought, "What the hell, I can understand that", but in the USA, "bathroom" is the mainstream.
This is something I heard from someone at work, who said it was because he wanted to leave a good impression of Japan, even if just a little. I thought it was a nice idea, so I started imitating him.
I have wanted to travel to Scandinavia for a long time ....

I booked a flight in the morning at a time when I could take the bus, and a colleague gave me a lift to the train station where I could easily access the airport.

I had originally planned to have dinner at night, but my flight was delayed, so I had a yogurt and salad wrap from a convenience store at Stockholm Central Station and went to bed soon after.

頑張って間食しましたが，中にオーツが入っていてなんとも不思議な味でした．

購入したのはヨーグルトとシナモンロールとチョコレートとスムージー．
I was a bit hungry when I woke up, so I went looking for breakfast at the supermarket right next to the hotel.
I bought yoghurt, cinnamon rolls, chocolate and a smoothie.

準備をして，一番初めに向かった目的地はストックホルム市庁舎
After getting ready, the first destination was Stockholms stadshus.
One day, a teacher at the cram school I went to when I was in high school bought me a souvenir from Sweden. A silver keyring in the shape of a horse. It seems to be a traditional Swedish craft.
At the time, I had never imagined that they were coloured, but when I actually went into a souvenir shop, I was surprised to see them painted in bright red, blue and yellow.
今この年齢になって，改めて検索してみると「ダーラナホース」という名前がついていることも知りました．

少し寄り道してしまいましたが，丁度小腹がすいてきてしまったのでIKEAで軽食を頼みました．
We took a little detour and ordered a snack at IKEA, just as we were getting hungry.
Toilets in Sweden are basically free, but toilets in shopping malls cost a little. As this is basically a cashless country, the only option was to pay by card.
パブに入ったときはトイレットペーパーが流せず，ごみ箱に捨てるように書かれていました．
When we went into the pub we couldn't flush the toilet paper, it said to throw it in the rubbish bin.
I was also a little surprised to find that the toilets in the shops were pitch black the moment you entered, because there is a light switch inside the toilet. Normally, I think the lights are always on in the toilets, but in Stockholm, I think it's normal to turn off the lights when you've finished using them.

One of the things I wanted to eat in Sweden was ‘semla’.
This pastry is also a traditional Swedish pastry called Damsugare.

I went to the shopping mall not only to look for semla, but also to buy some dinner. As the hotel has a kitchen, I wanted to enjoy looking in the local supermarket.

I wanted to catch the sunset just as it was setting, so we waited until then to watch the football game at a nearby sports bar that happened to be passing by.
Stockholm Palace was built as a fortress by Birjel Jarl in the 13th century and was extended and renovated into a Renaissance-style palace in the 16th century under Johan III.

I thought about having my wisdom teeth removed in the UK, but I heard from people around me that "in the UK you have to have a general anaesthetic when you have your wisdom teeth removed..." I was going to have one wisdom tooth removed, but when I woke up I found that they had removed four...". I heard a lot of bad rumours and got scared, so I decided to go back to Japan to have them removed, even though there was no national insurance.

出発から飛行機Departure to plane
出発したのはクリスマス直前だったのでクリスマスツリーをヒースロー空港で発見しました🎄

I actually watched Mission Impossible in the cinema, but it was in English, so I couldn't understand it well, so I was happy to watch it with Japanese subtitles.
What was dragging me down was my stomach. I have always had a stomach ache when I get tired, but the cause is the H. pylori bacterium hiding in my stomach.
ほっておくと胃がん・胃に穴が空いたりするらしいので，除去してから帰ることにしました．

The first day was at the Port of Nagoya Aquarium. My partner loves killer whales and I love aquariums, so we found ourselves there for about five hours.
I had decided to have Hitsumabushi for lunch, but there was a long queue and my name was not called after waiting for an hour, so I gave up and changed to Miso-nikomi Udon in a hurry as I could not make the bullet train in time. I ordered Miso Nikomi Udon with oysters.

I was surprised that time passed so quickly. I will eat the Hitsu-mabushi and Ogura Toast next time.
江の島と横浜Enoshima and Yokohama
年始にはお参りするために神奈川へ．
At the beginning of the year, I went to Kanagawa to pay my respects .
江ノ電に乗って江の島駅で下車して江島神社に向かって歩いていたら途中で富士山が見えました✨
I took the Enoden(which is cute green train) and got off at Enoshima Station and was walking towards Ejima Shrine when I saw Mt Fuji on the way.
I put it on the index finger of my right hand to wish that my work will go in the right direction. I'm not good at carrying around Japanese amulets, so I'm happy to have an amulet that will last a lifetime.
お昼は青山にあるパン屋さんでクロワッサンを食べました🥐☟
I had croissants for lunch at a bakery in Aoyama.
それから渋谷のロフトで開催されたハイキュー展へお姉ちゃんと言ってきました．
Then I went with my sister to the Hi-Q which is vollyball animetion exhibition at the Loft in Shibuya .

その帰りに沖縄料理屋さんで飲み．紅イモコロッケがおいしかったです．
On the way back, we had a drink at an Okinawan restaurant. The red potato croquettes were delicious ...
今度日本へ帰るときは沖縄も行きたいなと思いました．
I would like to visit Okinawa next time I go back to Japan.

東京には住んでたのに，渋谷駅を利用するのはなんだかんだ初めてでした．

それから，出発前最後の土日を利用して大洗へ．

I started to eat gradually on the third night and is now completely healthy.
I felt at home in the place where I grew up. I realised that the cleanliness of the toilets in particular is the best in the world. (I haven't been round the world yet...).
久々にたくさんの人に会えたのも良かったです🤗🕶️

オーストリアでプチオーケストPetit Orchestra in Austria
通りかかった道☝the way one passes
まず１日目はイギリスからオーストリアの首都ウィーンへ移動しました🛫
The first day was spent travelling from the UK to Vienna, the Austrian capital.
飛行時間は２時間くらいだったので，映画を堪能しました．
The flight lasted about two hours, so I enjoyed the film.
The main purpose of the visit to Vienna was to see Schönbrunn Palace, where Marie-Antoinette lived as a child, so learning about it from the film made it even more enjoyable.
空港に到着してすぐお腹がすいていたので腹ごしらえへ．
I was hungry as soon as I arrived at the airport, so I went to get something to eat .
I was depressed that I couldn't see the orchestra playing in a big venue as they only perform from September onwards... I was depressed, but I was glad to be able to see a slightly smaller concert.
And a Sachertorte (which is a chocolate cake from Austria named after the man who invented it, Franz Sacher) for dessert after dinner. It seems to be a very famous shop and there was a queue when we passed by the shop in the afternoon, but we went in the evening so we were able to get in straight away!
When I found a statue of Schubert, the composer of 'The Devil King', which made an impression on me in music class in junior high school, I felt a certain familiarity with the place, even though I didn't know it.
The exterior of the palace is painted yellow, which was apparently Maria Theresa's favourite colour. It is said that she would have liked to have used gold leaf, but Australia was in a difficult economic situation at the time and a similar yellow colour was used .

When I looked up traditional Czech food, I found 'pork knuckle', so I ordered it. It looks like something Ruffy from One Piece(which is Japanese anime) would eat.
写真で見ても分かるようにとても美味しく，お酒にもあってすぐお腹いっぱいになりました．
As you can see from the photos, the food was very tasty, and with the drinks, we were soon full.
The total for this quantity was 738 CZK. About 3,000 yen. The currency of the Czech Republic is the Czech korona. 1 Czech korona is 6.47 yen. (January 2024)
On the way, the train stopped at a place that looked like a service area. It was similar to a service area in Japan and sold food. I bought a sandwich and ate it on the bus.
嘘っぽく聞こえると思いますが，今まで食べたサンドウィッチの中で一番おいしかったです．
I know it sounds like a lie, but it was the best sandwich I've ever had.
ドイツでまたまたビール🍺Beer in Germany again
前回の旅行ではドイツのフランクフルトへ行きましたが，今回はミュンヘンへ行ってきました♪
On my last trip I went to Frankfurt, Germany, and this time I went to Munich.
We left Prague and travelled by bus, so we arrived in the evening. I was tired from the journey, so I went to the supermarket just downstairs from the hotel, bought some beer and snacks and had a drink at the hotel.

The beer was so cheap that I bought two bottles.
４日目はゆっくり休むことができました．旅行中って一日２万歩くらい歩きますよね💦
On the fourth day, I was able to take a good rest . You walk about 20,000 steps a day when you are travelling, don't you?
I especially like walking and I don't use transport as much as possible because I like walking and I like walking in unknown places, so I'm exhausted every day when I get to the hotel.

５日目は朝に出発して楽しみだったノイシュバンシュタイン城へ．
電車とバスを使って山のふもとまで向かいました．
On the fifth day, we left in the morning for Neuschwanstein Castle, which we were looking forward to.
We took the train and bus to the foot of the mountain.
Inside the castle, visitors were given a portable audio guide in Japanese, which they could listen to with earphones, so they could learn about how the castle was used.

早朝からお城へ向かったので，ずっとお腹ペコペコでした．
ふもとにレストランがあったのでそこで昼食を取りました♪🍺
We went to the castle early in the morning, so we were hungry the whole time.
There was a restaurant at the foot of the castle, so we had lunch there.

On the sixth day, we started lunch with beer and sausages at the famous Hofbräuhaus.

We have arrived at the Hofbräuhaus with the help of googlemap.
お店の中では常に生演奏されていて自然と楽しい気持ちになりました．
There was always live music in the shop, which naturally made me feel happy .
普段ビール派ではありませんが，今回ばかりはビールを注文．
メインのビールメニューは500mlか１Lジョッキしか選択肢かなく驚きました．
I'm not usually a beer drinker, but this time I ordered beer.
I was surprised to find that the main beer menu only offered 500ml and 1 litre mug options.
What was more surprising was that just as I was about to leave the toilet, a man who looked like a toilet gatekeeper suddenly appeared at the exit (he wasn't that cute) and said, "Pay me €1...". He asked me to pay him €1.
I had changed some cash into Czech Corona when I went to the Czech Republic, but I had just €1 left in Euros, so it was a close call. I was chilled when they asked me to pay.
As soon as I arrived in Slovakia, I headed for Bratislava Castle. Castles are always located at a high altitude, so you get a great view of the city,dont't you?

Slovakia is a country still in the process of development, and I found it strange that in some places the roads are well organised and beautiful, while in others, a little off the beaten track, there are rows of dilapidated buildings.
It was a very intense week of travel. I was a bit too busy and tired, but I would have liked to have more contact with different cultures, cuisines and people.
おわりにConclusion
2023年は環境の変化でかなり体調を崩してしまいました．
In 2023, I was quite ill due to environmental changes .
１年のうちでこんなに体調崩したのは初めてだった気がします．所詮動物なんだなと感じました．笑
I don't think I've ever been so ill in a year ... I felt like I was just an animal.
中国から輸入されたパンダが元気がなくなってゆくのと同じような．．．
2024年は「健康第一」を目標に頑張りたいと思います．
