はじめに At first
こんばんは．今週も一週間お疲れさまでした🌛
Good evening, thank you for your hard work this week.
今回はイギリス出発前から到着までの道中を記事にしました．
This time, I wrote an article about the route from before departure to arrival in England.

出発前 Before departure
３月は出発まで毎日予定を詰めていたため，バタバタでした．
In March, I was very busy because I had packed my schedule every day until departure.
出発日３日前，２日前はバスケットボールの試合を２日連続で観戦しに行きました．
Three days before my departure, I went to watch a basketball game for two days in a row.
私の力ではいけなかったので，本当に感謝です．
I couldn't have done it in my power, so I'm really grateful.
楽しい時間をありがとうございました．

出発３日前にも関わらず，パッキングをしていなかったので夜中の３時まで２日連続で準備をしていました😂
Even though it was three days before departure, I hadn't packed up, so I was preparing for two days in a row until 3 a.m.
地方に住んでいるため，飛行機の出発日前日は母と空港近くのホテルに滞在しました．
Since I live in a rural area, I stayed with my mother at a hotel near the airport the day before the departure of the plane.
家を出発したのは午後だったのですが，午前中もバタバタでした💦
I left home in the afternoon, but I was still busy in the morning.
髪の毛を染めたり，銀行で電話番号の変更届け出をしたり，お墓参りに行ったり．．
Dye my hair, Reporting a change of phone number at the bank and visiting the grave．
夜はホテルで母とピザを注文して，コンビニで買い出しをし，最後の晩餐を楽しみました．
In the evening, I ordered pizza with my mother at the hotel, and we went shopping at the convenience store and enjoyed the last supper.
出発前にも関わらず，ワインボトル１本🍷とチューハイ１本飲んでしまいました(笑)
Even before leaving, I drank one bottle of wine and one chuhai.
美味しかったな🍕🍿🥗 ごちそうさまでした．
It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
出発当日 On the day of departure
出発当日の朝は５時に起きてホテルの朝食をいただきました．
On the day of departure, I woke up at 5 a.m. and had breakfast at the hotel.
飲み物が好きで，いつも何種類かの飲み物を同時に飲みます🍵🫖☕🧉🧃🥛
I like to drink and always drink several at the same time.
ホテルから空港までの無料送迎バス🚌を利用しました．
I took the free shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport．
荷物がとても重かったので，母がついてきてくれて本当に良かったです．
My luggage was very heavy, so I'm really glad my mother followed me.
案の定，預ける荷物の重さが無料の範囲外だったので超過手荷物料金を払いました🐧
Sure enough, the weight of my checked baggage was outside the free range, so I paid the excess baggage fee.
本当に重かった．．🙈
The luggage was really heavy.
空港でプチハプニング Happening at the airport
手荷物検査でちょっとしたハプニングがありました．
There was a little happening at the baggage inspection.
機内に液体を持ち込んではいけないのですが，全く確認しておらず．．
I am not allowed to bring liquids onto a plane, but I have not checked at all.
コーヒーとボディクリーム・洗顔・クレンジングをリュックに詰めてしまっていたので，全て没収されました(泣)
I packed coffee, body cream, face wash, and cleanser in my backpack, so they were all confiscated.
イギリスで到着してからしばらくは顔を水洗いする事となってしまいました．．😭
After arriving in England, I had to wash my face with water for a while.
出発の１時間前に到着したにも関わらず，通貨を変えたり，搭乗口を探しているうちに時間が経ち，飛行機に出発時間ぎりぎりに搭乗しました．
Even though I arrived one hour before departure, time passed while I changed currency and searched for the boarding gate, and I boarded the plane at the last minute.
飛行機で✈️✈️✈️ On the plane
飛行機は見るのも，乗るのもとても好きなので居心地の良い14時間のフライトでした．
I love seeing and riding airplanes, so it was a cozy 14-hour flight.
運がいいことに，私の隣は誰も乗っていなかったのでリラックスできました．
Luckily, there was no one sitting next to me, so I was able to relax.
飛行機の中では映画を２本拝見しました👀
I watched two movies on the plane.
「アムステルダム」と「ペタゴン・ペーパーズ/最高機密文書」という映画です．
The films "AMSTERDAM" and "The Post".
両方ともとても面白かったです．
Both were very interesting.

機内食も美味しかったです♪
The in-flight meal was also delicious.
一度目の機内食 first in-flight meals☟
「Aの和食」または「Bの洋食」から選択ができました．
I could choose from "Japanese food of A" or "Western food of B".
写真で表示されている料理が提供されると思ったら違ったので，「あれ？」となりました(笑)
I thought the dish shown in the picture would be served, but it was different．
写真だとAが親子丼で，Bがハンバーグでした．
In the photo, A was Oyakodon and B was a hamburg steak.
でも全部美味しかったです☺️ 白ワインを頼み，映画を観ながらゆっくり食事を楽しみました．
But everything was delicious. I ordered a glass of white wine and enjoyed a leisurely meal while watching the movie.
デザートにはハーゲンダッツも✨ 贅沢なひと時を堪能しました．
For dessert, I also ate Häagen-Dazs. I enjoyed a luxurious time.
普段自分ではバニラを選ばないので久しぶりに食べたらおいしかったです．
I don't usually choose vanilla flavor myself, so I felt it was delicious after eating it for the first time in a while.
出発してから７時間ほど経過したところで，手のひらサイズのパンをいただきました☟
About 7 hours after we left, we received a palm-sized piece of bread.
このパンも美味しかったです．本を読みながらもぐもぐ.
This bread was also delicious.
２回目の機内食 In-flight meals☟
着陸の２時間前にもう一度機内食が出ました♪
Another in-flight meal was served 2 hours before landing.
今度は洋食を注文してみました．こちらも美味しかったです．
This time I ordered Western food, which was also delicious.
残さず美味しくいただきました😎
I had it delicious without leaving any leftovers.
飛行機に乗っている時間が好きなので，一睡もせずに外を眺めたり，予定を確認したり，本を読んだりして楽しみました．
Because I like the time I spend on airplanes, I enjoyed looking out, checking my schedule, and reading books without sleeping.
どこの上空を飛んでいるのか確認できるので，ちょくちょく見ては外を眺めてました．
I could see where I was flying, so I enjoyed looking out the window.
特にグリーンランドの真上にいるときの眺めは，真っ白で綺麗でした．
Especially when I was directly above Greenland, the view was pure white and beautiful.
あっという間に14時間が過ぎ，ついにイギリスに到着しました🛬
Fourteen hours flew by and I finally arrived in England.
入国審査 Immigration
最近では入国審査もデジタル化し，会話なしで入国できるんじゃないかしら．．？
Recently, immigration has also been digitized, and I wonder if it is possible to enter the country without conversation.
と思っていたのですが，なぜかシステムに引っかかってしまい，会話での入国審査を受けました．私のちゃらんぽらんイングリッシュでどうにか入国．
But for some reason, I got stuck in the system and went through immigration through conversation, and I managed to enter the UK by explaining why I came to the UK in my unfamiliar English.
のちのち他の方に伺ってみると，日本のパスポートを持っている人は全員会話での入国審査となるようでした．
Later, when I asked other people, it seemed that all those who had Japan passports would go through immigration by conversation.
飛行機でずっと起きていたせいか，時差ボケはしなかったです．
Perhaps because I was awake on the plane all the time, I didn't have jet lag.
イギリスに到着して早くも一週間が経ちましたが，体調はとても良いです．
It has already been a week since I arrived in England and I am in very good shape.
この国での生活が私の肌に合っていて欲しいと願って毎日を過ごしております．
I spend every day hoping that life in this country suits my skin.
